RuggedCom is a Canadian company manufacturing communication devices and reinforced IT networks for industrial and military applications. The numerous products RuggedCom markets are provided with very comprehensive user documentation which until now was written using word processors.

NeoDoc assisted RuggedCom to migrate its projects toward solutions which will also be more automated:

• migration of OpenOffice documents to XML;
• creation of PDF and HTML stylesheets;
• XSLT training;
• assistance with Calenco installation.

RuggedCom now provides its customers with manuals specific to a product type, with a perfect formatting and updates them twice as rapidly as previously.
