You will work with our key account clients in the energy sector to support them in their digital transformation.

As a Project Manager in Project Management Assistance (PMOA), your main mission will be to manage and supervise all phases of a project, from the identification of the need to the deployment of the solution.

You will be the intermediary between the internal teams and the customers in order to ensure the implementation of our solutions in compliance with the contract concluded with the customers.

Analysis of needs

  • Collect, understand, analyze and transcribe customer needs;

  • Ensure the functional analysis to meet the needs and determine an adapted and coherent solution by taking into account the evolutions of the roadmap of the tool;

  • Write detailed functional specifications.

Project management

  • Manage projects and follow clients throughout the projects;

  • Representation of the company in response to customer requests;

  • Organize and ensure the implementation stages of projects;

  • Implement the project (mapping, planning, acceptance, corrections);

  • Control and monitor the implementation of the specifications;

  • Ensure that the project complies with the client's initial request;

  • Coordinate the deployment of the project (monitoring of the start of production and reporting of incidents or malfunctions);

  • Facilitate weekly project meetings with clients;

  • Assist and train stakeholders and users;

  • Write reports at each stage of the project
  • Propose useful and appropriate solutions to organizations

What we will like about you

  • With a higher education (Bac+5), a Master's degree or an engineering degree, you have at least 3 years' significant experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the nuclear industry, a technical profile would be highly appreciated;

  • Autonomy, strength of proposal, rigor, strong taste for technicality, priority management, method, interpersonal skills, writing skills, perseverance and resilience.

  • Structured writing, agile methods, Jira, xml would be a plus
