Calenco FAQ

How do automatic updates propagate in Calenco?

Calenco updates start from the source module and flow into every publication that uses it.

Short answer

Automatic propagation is based on the Single Source of Truth. Each reusable piece of content is stored in a reference module. When a writer edits that module, documents that include it can be regenerated with the new version.

One correction can therefore update a full set of documents, instead of opening every file to find each occurrence of the information. This reduces omissions and removes obsolete versions.

The following publication respects the configured stylesheets, languages, and output formats. Teams gain reliability, speed, and traceability, especially in large technical documentation sets.
